Bring out your Blythe doll’s inner ballerina with this cute little tutu dress. The snug bodice is knitted in a wool blend yarn and decorated with tiny star sequins and beads. The tulle skirt (which is attached to the bodice) is full and feather light. Available to purchase as a ready-to-wear item or pattern from my Etsy store.
Perfect for Halloween, your Blythe doll will be ready to haunt the neighbourhood in this cute and quick-to-make cape. The knit pattern looks like a spider’s web, hence the name. The instructions are free to download.

I have been working on some super soft and fine knitted tops for Blythe dolls. Each is decorated with a sweet little flower and come in different colour combinations. Knit in a high-quality baby-soft yarn (100% Baby Merino Wool) that has been hand dyed in Uruguay. They come in short sleeved, 3/4 sleeved and long sleeved versions. For sale in my Etsy store.
This gorgeous little dress reminds me of lemonade on Summer days and picnics beneath the fruit trees. The red of the cherries and polka dot fabric is really vibrant and fresh.
For sale now in my etsy shop.
Finally I have finished some dresses for Blythe dolls, made especially for Fall with their orange and brown colours. Which is ironic considering I live in the Southern Hemisphere and it’s actually Spring here. But they are light enough to be worn in Spring too 🙂
There are four available in my etsy shop. So hop on over and take a look!
Another free pattern for download for your Blythe dolls due to me having some leftover yarn and some free time. And the results – a sweet little hat with bear ears.
I’d love to see it knit in realistic browns like a bear, or a mouse, so please post your pics if you make one.
Here’s a free pattern for your Blythe dolls.
Raspberry Ripple is a fun novelty hat that knits up quickly. The pink and white acrylic blend yarn (Lincraft’s Big Wool) reminded me of ice cream with raspberries – hence the name.
Chocolate sprinkles (brown bugle beads) make it even more delicious! Continue reading “Raspberry Ripple Hat – free pattern”
I’ve just uploaded some fabric designs to spoonflower.com that are especially designed for use in doll t-shirts and tights. In each Fat Quarter there are six picture tees – a deer, horse, owl, dog, and two monsters – as well as bright polka dots and stripes. I think it’s pretty good value for $14. I hope it makes it cheaper and easier for doll clothes makers to put some cute tees in their shops. Continue reading “Monster tees – sneak preview”
